The course I did wasn't ' in Educating training' - it was for a commercial employer. The first section needs updating now we have left the EU. Although it's clear that this applies to, and is aimed at, organisations that people work for (i.e. employers) it would be useful to stress that the Regs also apply to groups that people might be involved in voluntarily, outside of work, such as churches, clubs, societies etc. who won't have resources to do training like this, but people will still be held liable.
