The videos were concise and relevant to schools. Subtitles were helpful, to remember the information. Reading and listening, supported understanding and retention. The videos covered all the content of the test. Thank you.

The presenter was clear and consice and easy to understand, the course kept my interest all the way through.

good refresher course

A comprehensive and surprisingly engaging course. However, there were sometimes when the information moved a little too fast - for example when the list of a Data Subjects rights were being listed. Because it wasn't mentioned on that slide that more information would then be given, and I wanted to make notes and try and remember everything, I kept repeating the slide. Also, it would be incredibly useful if, on repeating a slide, there was the functionality of being able to move through the slide on the progress bar. I wanted to check one thing but had to watch the entire slide again. The slides aren't long so it wasn't a big deal but it would be more efficient to be able to move to the relevant part if needed.
