Doing the training in this way when you can stop, start and return to elements you want to check or watch again is useful and you can go at your own pace.

A well-presented course and the graphics really helped. Some confusion over UK or EU GDPR, so that probably needs reviewing. I thought the question about how long to respond to subject access request was confusing, as it's generally one month, but two months if the situation is complicated.

This training was a step by step insight into GDRP UK. It was very thorough, and I felt it has helped to embed my knowledge on the Data Protection Regulations. It was quite in-depth about the various principles that are within the GDPR, and how the I.C.O. are there to assist and handle any legal complaints.
