Very important and necessary
The GDPR EU Essentials course was clear, informative and easy to follow. It explained important topics such as personal data, data processing, individual rights, data security and the main GDPR principles in a simple and practical way. The examples were useful and helped me understand how GDPR applies in everyday workplace situations. Overall, it was a helpful and well-structured course.

Ted's right to access and Sharing Data for Fraud Prevention
Ted's Right of Access CCTV / Under GDPR the request should be honoured to provide Ted with a copy of the CCTV where he is clearly seen, provided other people / important displayed information is blurred. Regardless if it's a lot of work (doesn't change his right), or his reasoning, under his right to access (which also doesnt change his rights), Ted can, and should absolutely be provided with a copy. Sharing Data for Fraud Prevention (trick question but not advertised as one, gives a feel of being "absolute" even thought those words aren't used). Organisations often claim they "don't need to notify anyone" because doing so would tip off the suspect and destroy evidence. While the GDPR does allow restrictions on data subject rights (under Article 23 or local laws like the UK Data Protection Act 2018), this exemption is highly restricted to necessity, it needs to have an objective criteria and the minimum amount of data to eliminate suspects. This isn't a yes or no answer.
