Again a very well presented account of a subject with much detailed content. Very clear text. Accessible, helpful. Sheds an insight into some things I have noticed back in the past.
it was good like I said but a lot of it was what I call common sense and was very easy to over look so key information due to that.
I found this training course was very useful, well delivered and explained clearly the importance of recognizing fraud and how fraud should can be prevented

Very good course. After I submitted my test, I wanted to re-take it but it said I had to do the full course which I think it is a little excessive. Perhaps it could ask you to re-do the part of the course which particularly related to the question and then let you do the test again?
