Course was user friendly and easy to understand
Again another great course, I really enjoyed completing this one. I marked this course 5stars, but again I would give it 10 out of 10. The course presented us with more knowledge on the subject. I was very pleased to pass with 100 per cent, the questions make you think more. Many thanks and best wishes Steve, Thinktank, Birmingham Museums Trust.
Very informative, easy to follow and understand
I don’t agree with having to have 100% right it should be 90 % it can become very frustrating when you get one wrong to then have to re take the testI find the courses very repetitive .I always don’t find all the training relevant to my job role
It was hlepful to be alerted to the red flags and to be more observant over use of staff company time.
