i like that you had a choice of the video and the written text to go with it. the extra info you can click on to get more facts were great as well
unclear training objectives and not measured in test, too much to print and read rather than being within course frequently poor technical explanation eg critical control point " a moment in a process " ? due diligence defence not properly explained or linked to food safety act

Very thorough, very comprehensive, and easy to understand. However, there is no way it can be done in 3 hours (180 minutes). You do need to study all the accompanying material, and make notes. And give yourself time to revise those notes. You should allow a couple of hours or so each day over, say, a week. That will include printing off and keeping in a file or folder to make it accessible, so that you can look back over it when you need to. You will not keep it all in your head!
A lot of information to take in all at once. would be good to split it into a few sections with tset inbtween each section.
