This course is very informative, easy to follow. I have completed several food safety courses over the years and I would have to say that this has been one of the best. Good to see forced breaks actually in the slides even if it is the trainees choice to take a break. I am level 4 qualified but took this course as a refresher and I feel it covered everything I needed.
A well run L3 course that is easy to follow and complete at your own rate. The resources are very comprehensive and a useful addition to the presentations. All relevant points and topics were covered to a good degree with the opportunity to re-watch the presentations as many times as needed to understand the points. The presentation is well thought out and divided into good sized pieces to help learn the various aspects.
