This course is well structured and easy to follow. All aspects were well covered and explained in detail. You can do it in short or long sessions each time you log on and i found this really useful. Definitely recommend it to other trainees.

I used the session for refresh for level 4 and found the session clear, precise and at a language level were my team would understand. Ver helpful hints and additional information through-out.

Enjoyed the course.

As a sufferer of Dyslexia I found it quiet difficult but I passed? Which is a feat in itself? some of the questions although I knew the answers were very hard to get right as the wording was very similar? When all the words in your mind are jumbled or moving around I find similar answers to be against me even though I do know which is right? All in all though I’m happy I passed as multiple choice is my worst nightmare.
