As a food handler, I think it is very important to be well informed about all the correct procedures.
This was a great course but there was a lot of documentation if you wanted to print it out and keep as a record. I found the course very interesting an d helpful.

Found it interesting, maybe for the extra reading parts make some bullet points, you can get a bit lost in all the long read which I think could be cut down .
