I found this a great course, with current and relevant content that was well delivered in an appropriate timeframe that was engaging and thorough

I loved the fact that regular breaks were factored in

The training program covered a wide range of topics, including the most common food allergens, cross-contamination prevention, and the signs and symptoms of allergic reactions. The material was presented in a clear and organized manner, making it easy to follow along and understand.

Never make an assumption

This was a very good training session, engaging and relevant to the job I do.

I did this course for level 3 and al information about this was not in video format but on files that needed to be downloaded and read separately, this is not very engaging

A more summarised version of the supported reading would have been useful and could have helped to embed the learning more

I think it was too long as there was a lot of info to take on board. I would suggest splitting it into 2 sessions. It would be more beneficial and would be easier to reinforce learning. Content was good but I have given it three stars due to content overload.
