This course has been thought through very well in its presentation, small tests along the way and the added information is easy to digest
The course was very well laid out and informative, I particularly liked the timed breaks, which gave me time to consider and digest the previous section. It was helpful to be able to return to sections I needed clarification on. I was also pleased that the exam at the end was not timed and I had a chance to really think before answering.

I get a basic level 1 is relevant to working in a galley to repair equipment but a level 3 is way over the top.
A great course, achieved my level 3 training 20 years ago, however it was good to go over this course again, you forget how informative it is when you follow theses steps in your every day working life....if that makes sense! Actually looking forward to the next one.
