I feel the test was not representative of my knowledge and understanding of what is required of me in my daily duties. I feel where one question was written in a primary school layout with; one absurd answer, one ridiculous answer and one obvious correct answer. It contradicted the next question which tried to catch you out between a slight change in temperature reading or timing in the answer. Though many questions also were asked where the answer could have been either or either. example; how should I ask regards a spot check on a food safety check? A) My food safety manager B) My supervisor. C) Anybody in the team. In my opinion to teach right, all are correct though the answer would be A or B. but neither is wrong. But is! This is not really a test of my understanding of what is required in our business premises to keep our staff, patients and everyone else safe! Conclusion; more questions in test regarding numbers and specifics about germs, bacteria, temperature recording and audits, cleaning and maintenance & HACCP would have a more valid meaning.
