Great refresher course
This is a great reminder of the food hygiene practices needed to be upheld for the safe handling of food. Great clear advice and helpful video clips. Can recommend this course to any food companies with employees.

All employees can't be prosecuted, it's the owner of the business, if something goes wrong you can't prosecute me as I'm just a staff member. That question is wrong as the states all employees 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
