Thank you for allowing me to complete this training - it has been really helpful.

I can begin to recognise why helping older people receive their lunch, once a week, requires some understanding of food safety, but this 70 minute course went well beyond what I would judge as wholly relevant to my responsibilities in providing this support. A somewhat tick-box exrercise.

This training is very informative, it helps me to be very cautious in handling food and to practice proper food hygiene . All information I have learned can be applied at work and definitely at home. This is a very good reminder to everyone who has huge responsibilities especially doing our job and even doing our daily task. From this course it made me aware and conscious of my actions as it is very delicate and I’m dealing a high responsibility position.

An excellent and clear presentation of all mandatory, advisory and legally required practices to work in specific food industries within today's ever changing food environments.

Was very long

I appreciated the clear explanations for each section because it made absorbing the information much easier for me and allowed me to learn a large volume of things in a short period of time. I also liked that each clip was only around a minute long, it allowed me to focus on each aspect of the training more efficiently.

The training course was very usefull for the work and a good tool to refresh the knowledege and the practices to be done in workplace.
