I found the course was very interesting and I learned a lot about food, preparation, handling and storage et cetera. The only mistake I made, was splitting the course into two and doing one on one day and the other on the next day. I think if completed the course in one session. I would’ve done a lot better on the test!Something I did do, was frame grab most of the information, so I could refer to it in future. I think that is useful. It’s a bit like having notes, if that makes any sense?
