The course was good but most of the content irrelevant to my role as a teaching assistant. Therefore, I am not clear why I am required to complete this course.

I am so grateful to see this effective video about food hygiene and safety rules. This video helps me to learn how prevent from food poisoning, food contamination and the microorganism which are comes around us. Moreover I learnt about the hazard and risk in the food safety and hygiene, which is the HACCP means HAZARD, ANALYSIS, CRITICAL, CONTROL, POINT. Furthermore I also learnt about food handling.
