I have used similar training aids while getting food hygene certificates for our on site chefs, I have found this one to be much more intuitive and hands on. Making you think along the way.
Good training programme and very informative. well layed out and easy to understand
Having done the CIEH 2 level course in a classroom environment a number of years ago I felt that this course covered the same material in a much shorter timescale. I still managed to achieve an exam score of 100%. I did however find that the course took nearly two hours to work through, rather than the 60 minutes suggested.
Better range of information presentation than the Level 1
