I found the lay-out somewhat confusing .

Sometimes the screen seemed to be deliberately blank but I did not know if I waited long enough something would eventually appear.On two occasions I think I moved on too quickly and missed information.

This is an excellent course.

I would recommend anyone working in the catering industry to attend this course. I'm intending to set up my own business and this course gave an invaluable insight into food safety and hygiene which can be used in the home as well as the catering industry. The course takes you regulations, Food Hazards, Personal hygiene, The four C's, Procedures and Premises in an easy to use interactive format. The test at the end tests your understanding.

This training reminds all methods and process of the food safety and higiene. And always food will be higienic and healthy. So this programe must be time to time in food production department.

Very Intuitive

I have used similar training aids while getting food hygene certificates for our on site chefs, I have found this one to be much more intuitive and hands on. Making you think along the way.

an excellent and enjoyable course!

Having done the CIEH 2 level course in a classroom environment a number of years ago I felt that this course covered the same material in a much shorter timescale. I still managed to achieve an exam score of 100%. I did however find that the course took nearly two hours to work through, rather than the 60 minutes suggested.
