Everything you need put in very easy reading

The Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene programme was clear, easy to follow, sensible and comprehensive. It made it easy to understand why precautions should be followed which will, in turn, be simple to implement in the workplace. If only all people who work with food were made aware of these straightforward procedures, eating and buying food from public places would be a less worrying and more enjoyable experience! Now I'm off to clean my own kitchen!

This is a ggod informative course. I however do not understand why you have Level 1 and Level 2. For me Level 2 was a repetition of Level 1 with some additions on precures at the end. I think it should just be one course as I dont see the benefit of splitting them into 2 courses.

It was so much easier taking this at home on my PC without the pressure of time or being in a group

I would have given this program 5 stars rather than four if it had been shorter. I found that the information was very clear but often repetitive. I would have preferred an option to simply read the information on my own and then take the quiz.
