Interesting and accessible.

The training programme contained a lot of useful information. Instructions were clear and it was easy to access.

I found that the website would freeze.

I had to log in numerous times to complete the exam. No I am unable to log in and finish my Fire Warden exam as the site keeps crashing. The audio did not work either. However thank you for the course.

short and to the point,covering all aspe

Annoying that I got 95 per cent twice and couldn't correct the wrong answer as I went. However,very good session,maybe more question slides as the training topics were covered.

excellent and informative

I thought this was a very good programme and I liked having the spoken word followed by the main points in writing after each section. It covered a wide range of things on that subject and I found it very interesting and easy to follow. A lot of it is common sense but there are also procedures you may have not thought of or been aware of. I am glad I did it.
