Informative an concise without being patronising

Easy to access and very clear

I did not give it a 5 because I felt many of the options to test questions were very silly almost condescending. I did not take the test seriously and, in doing so, I failed the first time round! Change the questions and you'll get a 5 from me.

Indepth and relevent to food industry

To start with i was worried that this course, because it was online, no employer would accept it as valid, but after i completed it, i was impressed, although there were a few things i didin't see such as botulism(tinned food), which i feel should have been included, apart from this, it was a well thought out and presented course which i would recommend to all employers in the catering industry for training and devoloping staff

interesting content- hard to navigate

Hard to do in small bites as it didn't take me to where I stopped in the previous session ( as I think the Fire Safety one did), and this is a long programme that took my laptop a long time to load.
