Excellent training materials and good resources

This training definitely covered all areas of the food safety and hygiene. It was straight forward, easy to understand and remember for everyone. Great thing is that I could go back to any part of the training to go through it one more time if I need that. Generaly I'm really staisfied with it.

Was easy to follow and understand

I was very apprehensive sitting this, but I found the video beforehand covered everything I needed to know & the multiple choice answers ideal.

Took longer than one hour for everyone. Should put two hours. Still ok though.

The course gives good insight and knowledge to the new candidate

I felt that the teacher was very supportive to all students who wher at all differnet leavels of using the computer. The cousre itself i found was ok and that it did refresh areas inwhich i had forgotten.

The video was clear and easy to understand, the test was straightforward and it's a useful course to complete,the computers were very slow which held us up.
