A lot longer to go through than stated and a little unclear in parts but overall was very informative.
This was a good course and it was set out in a format that made learning the subject easy. I did feel however that some of the questions in the test made light of the subject and ultimately would not prove a full understanding of the topic.

Easy to use and to understand, user friendly and all together quite enjoyable.
a very user-friendly programme with clear and concise delivery of the facts

Easy to follow very informative, made sure that it coverd all the nececcary point in handling food at all its various stages from frozen to being re-heated
Easy to follow, visual presentation and allowing for a test at the end to ensure knowledge has been learnt.
