This training method is ideal for those who have previously attended a Food Hygiene course and wish to re-new a certificate or update their skills however I would still recommend that new employees attend a full course. It is easy to scroll forward on these on-line courses and vital information could be missed
I felt that even from the initial outline the programme was structured well with five section. It was easy to follow through each section until you go it finished at the end.
This is very clear and easy to follow, sometimes slightly long winded but generally very good.
