This programme was presented very well, easy to watch with a little quiz to keep you focused. The only draw back was the navigation, I found I was missing bits out at the beginning, it was then not easy to navigate back to complete missed sections.

I thought the content was good - flowed well - not sure that there was enough emphasis on the way food hygiene really shows up in the workplace. The questions never asked -What are the 4 factors bacteria needs to grow. Name the 3 most common bacteria. What is the danger zone. Name the colours and the uses of the different chopping boards. What do you understand by 'clean as you go' - and so on. Thought the 'Sit in the Classroom' 1 day session - followed by a multiple choice exam was more appropriate.

Easy to learn and understand

this is very informative and visually attractive training if you are new or inexperienced in catering. This was a complete waste of time having many years of experience in catering. It is like health and safety for dummies. This was meant to refresh my mind on ways to reduce health and safety at work, it didn't need to be 60 minutes long.

I found this way of training more helpful than to sit and listen to someone say one thing in several different ways, just down to my not understanding it the first time. I find videos that explain things better to learn with.
