All I needed to know when I'm in the kitchen and dealing with students and their food too.
It give a suffient time for the viewers to study and memorise the knowledge. The best part of the programme is it allowed the viewer to retake the test untill they are happy with the results!!
On the test i found it to be really good and the questions was easy enough and straight forward to understand i would recommend it to other people who want to get the food and hygiene certificate to come to your training programme.
Instructions were easy to follow and the training was made in an easy format for me to understand, before completing the test.
