very informative learning made me go home and clean my fridge/freezer out it was very interesting to find out the best way to protect against different bacteria etc and to realise that they are not all killed by freezing as I had previously thought

Really enjoyed course. Layout good, clear and concise information. Great that am able to go back until I have all the information for example answering the questions at the end of a unit if get wrong that is the point to revise , go back and read again.
