I thought the information and training was very good, though I didn't think the test itself was challenging enough to ensure that the person taking the test had absorbed all the information. I was shocked at how easy the final test was. The time allocated to do the test was 20 minutes and i completed it in 3 minutes.

While it covered the material, it was done in a very boring way.

No more or less than necessary. Easy to do at home or in the workplace. Relevant to everyday life as well as for work.

Some information needs updating ; for example hand washing steps are incomplete. The law requires food handlers to wash their wrist.
