Covers everything, summarises everything at the end of each section. Much more enjoyable than sitting through a morning of training, was able to do this a little bit at a time whenever I had a spare minute at work.

Found very interesting and helpful and able to go at own pace and could go back over as many times as wanted .only problem.computer crashed so had to restart test again.
