A lot of information to take in in one session. At start of course it said it would take 1 hour, it actually took me and some colleagues 2 hours to complete.

Well presented and easy to follow. Mostly involved relearning but made it interesting. I found the bacterial information enlightening. I was more than adequately prepared for the test. I think the suggested one hour duration is misleading.

Good to refresh staff regarding the importance of Hygiene in the kitchen workplace.

The test is very good as it was very clear and easy to understand. The diagrams used were very helpful ;it made it easier to remember every stage of the test.The test at the end of every section was very helpful.

If I could change somethings it would be the subtitles to be on the video not next to it... And it was hard moving around on my 11 Inch Notebook.the course was nice and Easy to understand.

Gave a good basis of understanding food hygiene

The course was easy to understand and follow as are all of the of the online courses. It took longer than was stated to complete, however I did make sure that I read the questions several times before I answered. The only thing I would say is I'm not sure how relevant this particular course is to classroom TA's as it is all about food hygiene which I have very little to do with in a classroom environment,
