I felt like there was a lot of information at the beginning, particularly around bacteria and food poisoning and I was not tested on this information. Therefore, unsure if this was essential to know or nice to know information.However, this course was very easy to follow.

The course was easy to follow, gave lots of information that was very useful, I learnt a lot.

I think that this is a very quick and efficiant way to complete the food safety and hygiene as getting to attend a couse would be difficult. The web site was clear and easy to follow and it was good to see the results at the end.
