Helpful training course and it is useful having the summary questions and test to review information. There does seem to be some glitches with some of the videos not working though.

The programme was good and easy to use, but as a support worker just serving foods on occasion may not be relevant to my needs

Lots of information that was not tested.. Bacteria types etc. But overall there was lots of information that was very useful. I had forgotten some stuff but also learned new information. Thanks

Two points. There were a few places where I had difficulty knowing which button to hit next. As a result I missed a couple of the overview sections. This needs attending to.Also, I didn't feel that the questions at the end necessarily reflected the crucial points that the presentation was trying to get across. Multiple choice questions also carry with them an element of lucky chance in selection of the correct answer.

This course gives anyone who takes it a really good understanding of what is involved in food preparation, storing and serving, together with a good knowledge of how they should look at their working environment and the things in it to ensure everything is done to the highest possible standard of food safety as well as their own personal hygiene.

This is not summery ,I would like to know do you have any courses, for kitchen assistants that do not prepare food ,but handle it and clean the kitchen area,Thankyou.

i received 100% on both of my food safety and hygiene tests and feel this is going to help me alot in futher career progression.
