This is an extremely well presented, simple-to-follow format. It has a common sense approach to food safety that even someone like myself, who had limited knowledge of the subject, was able to learn a great deal.
I enjoyed doing this course and the man who was talking through the course on the video spoke very clearly and I was able to follow instructions with no problem. The only criticism I will make is maybe the course was a little long-winded. I have learnt a lot from doing the course and it has given me a clearer understanding of the principals of working within the food industry.
