Easy to understand, helped me to realise what I really already knew .

The extended explanation of different types of food poisoning could have been whittled down to a brief palatable table.Absence of colour codes for chopping boards and mops was a serious omission.For this training to be really useful, more so than it is, I should be able to access it with a search function as I may need to check something.More activities and interactivity would be welcome. But, pretty good. Knew most of it, so not sure how useful it is to someone who is a novice.

Clear and informative. Suggests proper practise for in the home and the workplace

I found the level 2 food hygiene on line course hard to concentrate on due to a lot of the the learning was the same as in level 1, also the questions were very similar as the first.

I found the online course easy to use and to follow. Information was well presented.
