The course was easy to follow and good that you could have a break at intervals and resume where you left off.

I found the course very informative, easy to understand and use and would recommend it to anyone who required to complete health and safety courses.

Made me more aware

I've been working in kitchens for a long time. The training is good, but I'm not sure the advice on reheating rice is consistent. Also, on-line training is all very well, but it's not enough.

I learned from it which was the point of taking it. I could not have done it at one sitting and enjoyed the experience because the presentation, though sound, is repetitive and I would have started to lose the will to concentrate. It is good to have the occasional question appear and I would have appreciated more of these through the course. If I was teaching students with the course as an aid or follow up I would be asking them to summarise after each section what they had found interesting and considered the most important learning so key factors get reinforced and discussed. As a stand alone learning programme this lacks the interaction that is my preferred learning style. I had the pleasure of a few smiles from it particularly where it was stressed that the protective clothing was to safeguard the food from the person and I realised I had only ever worn an apron at home to protect best clothes before guests arrived....so you did make me laugh at myself and I will always remember that. Had a few issues with videos loading and getting stuck at points

The program to do the course is complete and an organized good. I like the edition of the interactive video and the support of text. A well summarized and explained course. my point of view is excellent

It was easy to follow and interesting. It was straight to the point and covered everything in detail.
