it's very interenting to knowlegde thing about food
I liked the fact that the course was split into various sections, meaning that you could navigate your way through it easier, and if you needed a break then it was easy to return to the same learning spot.
It was easy to follow but required total concentration. The recap at end of each talk gave me chance to catch up on missed information. I also had a few disruptions during some parts of the sessions possibly faulty network. I was also frustrated that 2 of my questions were marked in error and quite fortunate to pass. Otherwise I am happy to do another e learning training.
Quick and efficient. Proud moment in my career.
