Accessible to all!

I found the on-line training very thorough and accessible. You are able to go at your own pace and review some bits of the training again if necessary.

5/5
straight forward and easy

too easy to skip the information and guess. The test material is really useful but it's not fully covered in the test

5/5
Simple and clear to use.

A very clear and concise course, which is easy to use. The explanations are very clear and the course is very user-friendly.

5/5
very clear and informative

Compared to the food training I undertook 3 years ago this training was very informative, clear, and relative to the work I undertake. The quiz/test was simple to understand and it was clear that I only needed one answer for each question - previously the training we have undertaken was unclear, confusing and not explanatory on how the test questions should be answered or in fact how many of the multiple options were needed to answer the test question. This training was excellent.

Very informative and easy to follow.

Good even without sound.

shall we carry a probe around.

Nothing on basic hygiene. Like how to wash your hands.Hands to mouth nothing.need to ensure cross contaminated is a higher risk then a fridge temp of 7oc.

A good way to learn from a course.

Found this way of doing the course convenient for my work pattern shifts, However I have done this course in the past over two days in person, and I can not say with already having done it, how it would be for someone who had never learnt these facts before to do it firstly online.
