This was the best training course i have had to date. The imformation was straight to the point and the sight was easy to navigate. Beets sitting in stuffy classroom.
I enjoyed completing this course. I do not teach any subjects within the catering vocational area but there may be an occasion, due to staff illness, when I may be asked to cover an entry level Supported Life Skills class to teach some very basic cooking skills. Having undergone the online training will allow me to demonstrate some basic food safety and hygiene, with confidence and within a home catering training environment. A very useful and enjoyable course and a good use of my valuable time.
