Course easy to follow and not too time consuming. Great for staff to update their knowledge and to reflect on their practices whilst contributing to food hygiene.
The course was not bad, it was informative but found it to be very repetative and having to click to move to next video was kind of annoying. A smooth transition from one video to another without user interaction would make it easier to follow and more enjoyable.
