It was easy to use. Instead of sitting in the class room. I was able to do it at my own pace.
In my opinion this one It's long enough to have a general and clear idea about how important is the hygiene and safety when you are working in a kitchen and at the same time it gives us the necessary information to understand all the legal requirements about what we need to accomplish and why. Also, I think this information is useful to apply at every home.
