The course was easy to access and follow. It was short but full of information and clear on what good practice is and why it is so important. It was available in subtitles as well as audio, included pictures so would be good for most learner's wanting to gain this qualification.
Very easy to understand however there was an issue where i had to redo the 4 C's section even though i had gone through it thorougly and answered the end question correctly, this made the course take longer than usual.
Course gives enough information and is clear. Enough time without being too long or too short.Keeps you interested by asking questions at end of every section.
I have not done Food Hygiene training before and found this cousre very informative and easy to use and complete.
Easy to understand and follow, I would recommend to others.
