Very structured layout to help organise categories into easy chunks. Extremely informative and easy to use. Takes less than 5 minutes to click right through to the end and very easy multiple choice test.
Found it a little intense.Too much content to remember.
I found the training session was well informed and covered the appropriate areas well. The video clips were helpful. This is a very useful training session that we will use for new member's of staff to ensure we are compliant with training needs as well as refresher training for employees who have previously undertaken Food Hygiene Training.
This is a great way of training staff and monitoring their development. They can use the system at times to suit them
