Personally I thought this course was very good however is very time consuming. I managed to complete the course but it did take more than an hour to complete. But now I have an award at 85% which I am pleased with.

A good course covering all the basics.

The course was well organised but unfortunately it took me longer to complete than expected because it didn't move to next section very easily. I thought that is was well designed and easy to navigate and contained a selection of activities that appealed to different learning styles. If there was anything to change I would introduce a couple of activities that were more interactive. I thought the use of the room activity was beneficial as were the videos themselves.

Easy to work with

I felt the training programme was a bit to long for absorbing information, however, I felt the course was very informative.
