i also like the idea of subtitle is so easy and i love it. easy to understand.
This was a great online course with heaps of information, and easy to use. Having said that the printing of the certificate was not so easy, however managed it in the end.
I've been cooking for years and still managed to learn lots about food & hygiene.

It's a good course but wrongly described as being One hour in length. There is reading involved & by the time I had completed the test I had clocked One Hour & 40 mins. It would be better to recognise that the video might be an hour, but reading & doing the test should round the whole thing to two hours.Thanks
