made you stop and think about things we do on a daily basis .enjoyable course
Most of the information is just common sense, but there's some important legislation and less-obvious practice hidden in there. The use of video rather than text makes it all a lot easier to memorise, but there are transcripts if you're in a rush. The only criticism I can think of is that a few of the answers on the test at the end are a little bit obvious.

Easy to use and the test wasn't hard at the end I thought I was going to fail it a few times however passed with flying colours
i found it easy to understand. Good format and liked how i could complete at my convenience.
