Really enjoyed the course
A very helpful course, which is easy to access and a joy to complete. If I could make two suggestions, the HACCP explanation needed perhaps to be more visual - slide form, perhaps? and the Food Premises list slide could be slower....but thank you to everyone, I enjoyed it immensely...
