I enjoyed doing the course I felt not rushed could cope at the pase it explains well . Its a good way to do the training. I did this at home in my time feil comfortable.

I was a bit confused that I hadn't completed when I thought I had till I realised there were several sections to one of the areas sorted eventually and completed with 100%, pretty good considering I've not done f&h since 1995! .

great course, volume needs to be higher though or the option to higher.
