The course i very easy to follow and to complete, perhaps a little to easy. The video material is a nice feature though.

Very good course

It's a very good traing where I learned a lot of new things. General knowledge about food safety and hygene it's very important if I want to work in hospitality. I'm not English person,but I understood a lector in video and key words and questions in test. I enjoyed that training.

Pretty basic

at 55 degree c. most bacteria do "die" / the growth is slowed down,but most bacteria are not pathogenic. Calibrating Temp probes should be done more than twice a year .etc.etc .

This was very easy to use

The course was informative, helpful and easy to use. I particularly liked the summaries that were given at the end of each section, they were concise and constructive and really helped when taking notes.
