I personally found this course very enlightening and it has brought many important aspects of the handling, cooking and serving of food into my view and I will most definitely be changing my own personal hygiene when it comes to handling food as well as observe and train others to do the same. I will also be sure to watch out for any 'danger areas' within our business and ensure I report any items that need to be addressed. Thank you!
I enjoyed doing the training on the computer, having done previous courses which have been in a classroom situation, lasting all day an then a test at the end. So it was a nice change to just spend and hour or so completing the course.
